Weekly nurse visits
Once a week a nurse visits at minimum to do medication but comes as needed if extra care is needed.

Personal Rooms
Every client has their own room that already has furniture.

In House Doctor
We have a doctor that can come out and do examinations and testing so that clients can be comfortable.

Do you take waivers?
We accept CADI and EW waivers as well as private pay.
What is the process to move in?
Reach out to us via phone or email and we will let you know or availability. Then you can tour and we can work on a move in date!
How is staff trained?
Staff get hours of training throughout the year about emergencies, Vulnerable Adults, Resident Rights, Mental Illness signs and symptoms, Brain Injury, Crisis Intervention, Behavior Modification, Philosophy and Medication Administration.
Can I tour the home?
Of course! You can have a tour of the home and ask any additional questions you have at that time,
Where are you located?
We have two homes. One in Burnsville and another in Lakeville. We have a sister company with additional locations in Lakeville, Farmington, and Apple Valley.
Do you charge rent?
Yes, we charge room and board the same as other customized livings.
